In this role you will own build, optimization, and go-live activities across the Ambulatory module, partnering directly with clinical informatics teams and operational stakeholders to design workflows that improve provider efficiency and patient outcomes. This is a high-impact, client-facing role with visibility into the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead configuration and build of Epic Ambulatory workflows including scheduling, documentation, and order management
- Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather requirements, validate design decisions, and drive adoption
- Develop and execute test scripts for unit, integrated, and regression testing cycles
- Provide at-the-elbow support and issue resolution during go-live activations
- Troubleshoot break-fix tickets and escalate complex cases through appropriate channels
- Participate in Epic quarterly upgrade planning and testing coordination
- Maintain thorough build documentation and contribute to the project knowledge base
Qualifications
- Active Epic Ambulatory certification required; Cadence or Orders a plus

You will design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and warehousing solutions that power executive dashboards, clinical quality reporting, and AI-driven insights. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare data models, a bias toward clean and well-documented architecture, and the ability to collaborate closely with analysts, data scientists, and clinical informatics teams.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement ETL/ELT pipelines ingesting data from Epic Clarity, Caboodle, ADT feeds, and third-party sources
- Design and maintain dimensional models, data marts, and cloud data warehouses (Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Snowflake)
- Partner with analytics and clinical teams to surface trusted, governed data products
- Enforce data quality standards, lineage documentation, and HIPAA-compliant data handling practices

- Own end-to-end project delivery for Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations
- Develop and actively manage project plans, resource schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and change control processes

You will also contribute to service improvement initiatives, knowledge base development, and client reporting as part of a high-performing managed services team.
Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve escalated Tier 2 incidents across Epic and integrated ancillary applications
- Coordinate with Tier 3 analysts, Epic support, and client IT teams to drive timely resolution
- Author and maintain knowledge base articles and runbooks for recurring issues
- Participate in weekly and monthly service review meetings with client stakeholders

- Design and maintain Epic Inpatient training curriculum, workflow tip sheets, and quick reference guides
- Deliver instructor-led classroom training, virtual sessions, and one-on-one coaching to nursing, physician, and ancillary staff
- Provide at-the-elbow floor support during go-live activations and critical downtime scenarios
- Track training completion, competency assessments, and remediation needs within the LMS
- Partner with the build and informatics teams to ensure training content reflects current, approved workflows
- Capture and escalate workflow gaps or usability issues identified during training delivery
Qualifications
- Epic Inpatient certification required — Nursing, CPOE, or equivalent; multi-module experience a strong plus
